मध्य प्रदेश अर्बन ग्रोथ कॉन्क्लेव 2.0 का आयोजन 28 अक्टूबर 2026 को इंदौर के ब्रिलियंट कन्वेंशन सेंटर में किया गया। मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव ने कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन किया। इस अवसर पर इंदौर आर्थिक क्षेत्र 2047 की आर्थिक महायोजना, तीन शहरी नीतियों के प्रारूप तथा छह समझौता ज्ञापनों (MoUs) से संबंधित पहलें प्रस्तुत की गईं।
Madhya Pradesh Urban Growth Conclave 2.0 was organized on 28 October 2026 at Brilliant Convention Centre, Indore. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav inaugurated the event. On this occasion, the Economic Master Plan of Indore Economic Region 2047, drafts of three urban policies, and initiatives related to six Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were presented.

इंदौर आर्थिक क्षेत्र 2047

  • पहल - नीति आयोग की City Economic Region (CER) पहल।
  • लक्ष्य - 2047 तक क्षेत्रीय आर्थिक विकास, औद्योगिक विस्तार एवं शहरी अवसंरचना को मजबूत करना।
  • क्षेत्र - इंदौर, उज्जैन, धार, रतलाम, देवास, खरगोन, खंडवा एवं शाजापुर।

तीन प्रमुख शहरी नीतियाँ

  2. Treated Wastewater Recycling & Reuse Policy, 2026 - उपचारित अपशिष्ट जल के पुनर्चक्रण एवं पुनः उपयोग को बढ़ावा।
  3. Unified Land Development & Building Promotion Rules, 2026 - भूमि विकास एवं भवन निर्माण नियमों में एकरूपता और प्रक्रियाओं का सरलीकरण।
नोट - तीनों नीतियाँ प्रारूप के रूप में प्रस्तुत की गईं।

  • BRSR रिपोर्ट - भोपाल एवं इंदौर नगर निगम की रिपोर्ट जारी।
  • शहरी वित्तपोषण - नगर निकायों की वित्तीय क्षमता बढ़ाने पर जोर।
  • सतत संसाधन प्रबंधन - जल एवं शहरी संसाधनों के बेहतर उपयोग पर जोर।
  • निवेश प्रोत्साहन - शहरी अवसंरचना, आवास एवं विकास परियोजनाओं में निवेश को बढ़ावा।

  1. इंदौर नगर निगम – बैंक ऑफ इंडिया - शहरी वित्तपोषण।
  2. उज्जैन विकास प्राधिकरण – इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक - शहरी परियोजनाओं के लिए वित्तीय सहयोग।
  3. रीवा नगर निगम – HDFC बैंक - शहरी वित्तपोषण।
  4. नगरीय विकास एवं आवास विभाग – होटल एंड रेस्टोरेंट एसोसिएशन (वेस्टर्न इंडिया) - पर्यटन एवं आतिथ्य।
  5. नगरीय विकास एवं आवास विभाग – महाराष्ट्र इंस्टीट्यूशन फॉर ट्रांसफॉर्मेशन - संस्थागत सहयोग।
  6. नगरीय विकास एवं आवास विभाग – औद्योगिक नीति एवं निवेश प्रोत्साहन विभाग - निवेश प्रोत्साहन एवं विभागीय समन्वय।

Indore Economic Region 2047

  • Initiative - NITI Aayog’s City Economic Region (CER) initiative.
  • Target - To strengthen regional economic development, industrial expansion, and urban infrastructure by 2047.
  • Region - Indore, Ujjain, Dhar, Ratlam, Dewas, Khargone, Khandwa, and Shajapur.
  • Focus - Industry and investment, housing, transportation, logistics, industrial corridors, and employment.

Three Major Urban Policies

  1. Urban Affordable Housing & Habitat Policy, 2026 - To promote affordable and inclusive housing.
  2. Treated Wastewater Recycling & Reuse Policy, 2026 - To promote recycling and reuse of treated wastewater.
  3. Unified Land Development & Building Promotion Rules, 2026 - To bring uniformity in land development and building construction rules and simplify procedures.
Note - All three policies were presented as drafts.

  • BRSR Report - BRSR reports of Bhopal and Indore Municipal Corporations were released.
  • Urban Financing - Emphasis on enhancing the financial capacity of urban local bodies.

  2. Ujjain Development Authority – Indian Overseas Bank - Financial support for urban projects.
  3. Rewa Municipal Corporation – HDFC Bank - Urban financing.
  4. Urban Development and Housing Department – Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) - Tourism and hospitality.
  5. Urban Development and Housing Department – Maharashtra Institution for Transformation - Institutional cooperation.
  6. Urban Development and Housing Department – Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Department - Investment promotion and departmental coordination.
