Welcome to Champion Square IAS. By enrolling in our coaching program or receiving study materials from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Enrollment & Registration

• Students must provide accurate personal information at the time of enrollment, including name, contact details, and batch selection.
• Each student is assigned a unique Student ID (e.g., CS20240001) which must be referenced for all interactions.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of required documents and payment of applicable fees.
• Champion Square IAS reserves the right to reject or cancel enrollment in case of incomplete or false information.

2. Study Material Distribution

• Study materials (books, notes, printed resources) issued to students remain the intellectual property of Champion Square IAS unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Students are responsible for the safe custody of all materials issued to them.
• Materials must not be photocopied, shared, sold, or distributed to any third party without prior written permission.
• Lost or damaged materials may be replaced at the student's expense at the current material cost.
• Issuance of materials is recorded in our system; students may request a history of materials received from the administration.

3. Batch & Course Rules

• Students are enrolled in a specific batch (identified by a Batch Code). Batch transfers are subject to seat availability and administrative approval.
• Course schedules, timings, and batch structures may be revised by Champion Square IAS at its discretion.
• Regular attendance is expected. Chronic absenteeism may result in forfeiture of material allotments.

4. Fees & Payments

• All fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may attract late charges.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless Champion Square IAS cancels a batch or course without an alternative.
• Fee receipts must be retained by students as proof of payment.

5. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct towards faculty, staff, and fellow students at all times.
• Any form of misconduct, academic dishonesty, or misuse of resources may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
• Students must follow institutional guidelines and instructions issued by the administration.

6. Digital Systems & Data

• Champion Square IAS uses a digital student management system to track enrollment, material issuance, and attendance.
• Student photographs and identity data stored in our system are used solely for identification and administrative purposes.
• Students must not attempt to access, alter, or tamper with any part of the digital system.

7. Limitation of Liability

Champion Square IAS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from changes in exam patterns, syllabus updates by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or any other examining body, or delays in material supply beyond our reasonable control.

8. Amendments

Champion Square IAS reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our official platforms. Continued enrollment after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
